Cycling Adventures, Jellyfish & Sand Dunes

We cycled into Monterrey, past Fisherman's Wharf, to what must be one of the coolest aquariums in the world! Walked along the famous Cannery Row and cycled further along the coast before heading to "Sara's beach" in the afternoon. Exhuasting but fantastic day!

Fisherman's Wharf on our cycle in, with sea lions lazing about on the rocks.

Sea otters at the Monterrey Aquarium, very cool.

Beautiful sand dollars.

My favourite was the jelly fish exhibits.

They had two absolutely massive sun fish, both most have been around 2m long at least!

The cycle along the coast to Pacific Grove.

View from Lover's Point, Pacific Grove.

A serious climb over some dunes to get to Sara's favourite beach. We saw lots of gorgeous birds and even a school of dolphins playing in the surf.

Another one for the Book of Travelling Cartwheels.
